Steven Quirk
Steven Quirk began his career in 1987 with Tradelink at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange before eventually moving to the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) as a market maker. He was a founding partner with SCMS Trading LLC, trading options on index products. Later, he served as Vice President for Saen Options before heading up the Chicago operations of Van Der Moolen USA. While at the CBOE, he served on the exchange’s Index Market Performance Committee and the Arbitration Committee. While primarily trading index options, he also gained vast experience trading commodities and stocks, in addition to various international arbitrage opportunities. Quirk joined thinkorswim in 2007, providing advanced options education to the masses. |

Don Kaufman

Joe Kinahan
Joe Kinahan, thinkorswim’s Chief Derivatives Strategist, began his career as a CBOE market maker in 1985 and is still a member of the exchange’s arbitration committee. He spent 18 years in the S&P100 (OEX,XEO) pit, as well as two years in CCSCO/ORCL. While primarily an independent trader, Kinahan has worked for ING Bank and Blue Capital, and has served as Vice President for Saen Options and Managing Director of Options for Van der Moolen USA. He is a frequent guest on CNBC and Bloomberg Television and Radio and is often quoted in the Wall Street Journal and many other reputable publications. Kinahan joined thinkorswim in January 2006 and still instructs many of the thinkorswim’s Option Planet seminars. |

Steve Rashis
Steve Rashis is the head firm trader at thinkorswim, Inc. and began his career at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) in 1986. He has worked as a CBOE market maker for more than 16 years, with 10 years experience in the S&P 100 Index pit, followed by 6 years as a market maker in the YHOO/NOK/HPQ. After leaving the CBOE in April 2002, Mr. Rashis joined thinkorswim and now primarily focuses on managing the firm’s enhanced index products and option advisory. Mr. Rashis is recognized as an industry expert in position management and teaches classes nationwide to both retail and institutional clients covering alternative portfolio analysis. |

Tom Sosnoff
Tom Sosnoff is the founder of thinkorswim, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate strategy; specifically dedicated to systems development and trading strategy. Prior to starting thinkorswim, Sosnoff served as an options market maker and managed a trading group at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE). He has also successfully traded index arbitrage strategies and managed a variety of hedge funds. |

Tony Battista
Tony Battista began his 22-year career in options
and futures trading in 1983, as an independent Market Maker
at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), as well as
a local independent trader at the Chicago Board of
Trade (CBOT), where he traded the 30-year bond future. While
primarily an independent trader in the S&P 100 Index
(OEX, XEO) pit, he also spent three years in the AOL equity
pit. In 1987, he solidified his position
at the CBOE by purchasing his first seat at the exchange. He
served on the CBOE arbitration committee for over 10 years, ruling
on disputes between traders and trading firms, prior to joining
thinkorswim. |

Scott Connor
Scott Connor became a member of the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) in 1982. He traded for 16 years primarily as an independent market maker in the S&P 100 (OEX) pit, employing OEX/SPX index option/future and option/basket arbitrage and hedging strategies. In 1998, he made markets in the Dow Jones pit (DIA & DJX) on the CBOE floor and made remote markets off floor while helping develop an electronic proprietary trading system for an index options trading group based in Chicago. In 2005, Connor made option markets in about 45 stocks including GOOG, RIMM, CME, and COP for the hedge fund Citadel Investment Group. He also worked as CBOE support liaison in matters involving MM/RMM/eDPM electronic out trade identification and resolution. In 2007, Conner left the CBOE to join the team at thinkorswim. |
