Join us for the next step in options and defined-risk trading strategies. We’ll move past the essentials of options, and on to the how's and why's of complex spread trading. And we’ll even show you how to enter and execute the principles we teach. We call this an intermediate-level class, but don’t let that fool you. This certainly isn’t for the faint of heart and we recommend having attended the Options for Traders class prior to attending, along with a working knowledge of option trading. This 6-hour free class will cover:

Advanced option pricing Iron condors Straddles and strangles ...and much more

Using implied volatility when implementing an option strategy Diagonals Butterflies

While this isn’t a class on the software, we will be using it to demonstrate all of the various strategies and analytics discussed. If you are not already trading on the thinkorswim platform, we recommend you download the free software trial from www.thinkorswim.com before attending.

Prerequisites

The Complex Strategies for Traders course picks up where the Options for Traders leaves off, so if you haven’t attended the Options for Traders course, we recommend brushing up on the list of topics below before you attend.

Terminology

We recommend that you have an understanding of the following terms:

Equity Index Naked (yes, this is for real) At the Money Out of the Money Extrinsic Value

Cost

This class is free of charge.

Bringing a Guest

We encourage you to bring your friends, family members and colleagues, although we do ask that they register prior to the class, so that we can provide enough seating.

Laptops

You do not need to bring your laptop, as all in the class will be viewing several large screens in the front of the classroom. You are free to bring your laptop, although we cannot guarantee that the class venue will have wireless capabilities.

Food and Beverage

We will be providing coffee and tea service at this class.

Parking

As each venue is different, please inquire with the specific location of your class about the cost of parking.
