About Option Planet 
  At Option Planet, we specialize in one thing and one thing only; free options education. The educational arm of thinkorswim Advisors, Option Planet began in 2004 in response to cries for help, confused looks and the occasional throwing up of the hands in defeat. We know options can be difficult, especially if you are new to the game, so we thought it was time to equip the masses with the necessary tools to trade options smart. Option Planet began with just a few free classes around the country, teaching people the basic building blocks of trading options. Since then, it has grown to offer more than 250 classes across the country (and occasionally even around the world), covering everything from simple calendar spreads to understanding synthetics, volatility and portfolio management. But we know that there is more to this learning process than just attending classes, so you’ll find a slew of educational tools to keep you on your toes and up to speed with the latest in option trading and technology.
